PACRA MAINTAINS ENTITY RATINGS OF

JAHANGIR SIDDIQUI & CO. LTD.

The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) has maintained the long-term rating at 'AA-' (Double A minus) and short-term rating at 'A1+' (A one plus) for Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd (JSCL). These are the highest local entity ratings assigned to any brokerage house and indicate a very high credit quality. These ratings denote both a very strong capacity for timely repayment of financial commitments that is not significantly vulnerable to foreseeable events and a very low expectation of credit risk. The ratings are applicable to the senior unsecured creditors of the company.

The ratings of JSCL reflect the management's dynamic strategy in identifying and availing business opportunities while maintaining an overall low risk profile through effective risk management policies.
