NBP Mahana Amdani Fund ('NMAF' or the 'Fund') is a moderate-risk profile Fund. The investment objective of the Fund, an open-end income scheme, is seeking to minimize risk, preserve capital and generate a reasonable return along with a high degree of liquidity from a portfolio primarily constituted of bank deposits and money market instruments. In terms of asset allocation, at the end of Jun ‘26, the Fund had invested ~87.4% in Cash, ~5.7% in Money Market Placements (LOP), ~3.3% in Placement with Banks, ~2% in T-Bills, ~0.4% in MTS, and the remaining in Others including Receivables. In perspective of credit quality, the Fund's asset quality is good and is in line with the rating criteria at end-Jun ‘26. As of the end of Jun ‘26, the Fund's investment was ~64.7% in AA- rated avenues, ~13.8% in AAA, ~12.2% in A+, ~5.7% in AA, ~2% in Government Securities, with the remainder invested in other categories and receivables. Both the duration and WAM of the Fund stood at 3 days at the end of Jun ‘26, limiting the interest rate and credit risk of the Fund. Going forward, any material changes in the investment policy and/or compliance with the rating criteria for the assigned rating would have an impact on the ratings.
