Mekotex Group has undertaken a strategic restructuring pursuant to an agreed framework among the three sponsoring brothers of the Majeed family. The restructuring was aimed at consolidating and streamlining the group’s structure while supporting long-term business sustainability. As part of this exercise, the business operations and asset base of KAM International were transferred to a designated group entity, Mekotex (Pvt.) Limited. Following this restructuring and upon the desire of the management, PACRA withdraws the entity ratings of KAM International, as the rated entity no longer exists.

About the Entity
KAM International, incorporated on August 7, 1996, operated as a sole proprietorship, with an integrated network comprising weaving, printing, dyeing, finishing, cutting and stitching units. The owner, Mr. Shoaib Majeed brought with him over twenty-five years of experience. The CEO, Mr. Rayyan Ahmed was accompanied by a team of seasoned professionals.
