The ratings of Al-Khair Rice Mills (Private) Limited have been withdrawn following the cessation of the Company as a separate legal entity, pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Lahore High Court in April 2026. Under the approved Scheme, Al-Khair Rice Mills (Private) Limited, alongside Go Poultry (Private) Limited and Go Foods (Private) Limited, was merged into Go Dairy (Private) Limited, which was subsequently renamed Go Foods (Private) Limited and continues as the surviving corporate entity.
Consequently, as Al-Khair Rice Mills (Private) Limited no longer exists as an independent corporate entity, PACRA is withdrawing its credit ratings.

About the Entity
Al-Khair Rice Mills (Private) Limited (‘the Company’) was established in January 2019 as a private limited entity, primarily engaged in the processing and sale of premium basmati rice with an operational processing capacity of 30 MT/hour at its facility in Okara. Following a recent corporate merger, Al-Khair Rice Mills no longer operates as a standalone legal entity and has been fully integrated into Go Foods (Pvt.) Limited.

The primary function of PACRA is to evaluate the capacity and willingness of an entity to honor its obligations. Our ratings reflect an independent, professional and impartial assessment of the risks associated with a particular instrument or an entity. PACRA's comprehensive offerings include instrument and entity credit ratings, insurer financial strength ratings, fund ratings, asset manager ratings and real estate gradings. PACRA opinion is not a recommendation to purchase, sell or hold a security, in as much as it does not comment on the security's market price or suitability for a particular investor.
