NBP Islamic Daily Dividend Fund ("NIDDF" or "the Fund") is a low risk profile Fund. The Fund's objective is to provide competitive return along with daily dividend by investing in Shariah Compliant money market instruments. As of Jun’26, the Fund’s Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ~PKR 13.74bln, up significantly from PKR 7.34bln as of Dec’25, reflecting healthy growth in fund size during the period while maintaining the Fund’s investment strategy. In terms of asset allocation, approximately 55.7% of the portfolio was invested in Cash, ~14.5% in Short Term Sukuk, ~13.4% in Bai-Muajjal Placements, ~6.9% in placements with Banks and DFIs, and ~3.9% in GoP Ijarah, with the remaining portion allocated to other assets including receivables. The allocation reflects a highly liquid Shariah-compliant portfolio, complemented by short-term Islamic fixed-income and sovereign instruments. From a credit quality perspective, ~78.8% of the assets were invested in AAA-rated avenues, ~12.8% in A1-rated instruments, and ~3.9% in Government Securities, with the remaining portion in other categories including receivables, indicating a strong overall credit quality profile. At end-Jun’26, the Fund’s WAM stood at 22 days, while duration stood at 27 days, reflecting limited exposure to credit and interest rate risk and supporting the Fund’s liquidity profile. The unit holding pattern remained relatively well diversified, with the top 10 investors accounting for ~38.4% of total holdings, indicating moderate potential redemption pressure. In terms of performance, the Fund delivered a return of 10.8% as of Jun’26, compared to the benchmark return of 10.5% and peer average return of 10.6%, indicating outperformance relative to both its benchmark and comparable funds.
